Product Description
Slow Speed Impactor has been factory-made by using the high grade raw materials due to which it provides extended service life. It is apt to be used for many heavy-duty vehicles.
Application:
The Slow Speed Impactor is applicable for crushing the soft and brittle materials such as slag, coal, limestone, gypsum and others. Offered machine boasts of a high throughput with reduction ratios that stays higher than 10. The machine has the supreme operational reliability and is extremely simple to maintain.
Description:
The machine in its closed space has been included with 2 or 3 adjustable breaker plates of suspended springs. It is also included with a big rotor of high rotational speed. The machine hits the material with a high impact and the material shatters in its space, making the process of crushing easier and efficient. Grain distribution of the product is based on the speed of rotor. It can be further attuned through breaker plate setting. It is a spring-loaded machine which can prevent possible damages grounded by foreign bodies.
Construction:
Slow Speed Impactor is attached inside the steel fabricated housing. It has self-aligning roller bearings, steel stands and simple to function seals.
Blow Bars:
Blow Bars made of wear resistant steel with very high toughness. Fixed to the body of the rotor by means of special forged high tensile bolt, so that they can be easily be adjusted and if required can be replaced, in no time.
Rotor Body:
It is a very heavy fabricated body, welded with high tensile electrodes and stress relieved, Rotor body is very accurately machined & mounted on main shaft of the Impactor.
Rotor Shaft:
Slow Speed Impactor is made of high tensile, heat treated alloy steel forging, duly stress relieved and accurately machined & ultrasonically tested for hair line cracks.
Breaker Plates:
Made of wear resistant steel and are mounted on fabricated stock. Duly machined & stress relieved. Breaker plates are fixed to break plate stocks by special forged high tensile bolts.
